First 24 hours: Avoid hard, sticky or crunchy foods and do not bite directly on the gem while the bond fully sets.

Daily care:  Brush twice daily with a soft toothbrush and floss gently around the gem as part of your normal routine.

What to avoid:  Do not pick at the gem, chew ice or pens, or use abrasive toothpaste or whitening strips over the gem.

Longevity:  Tooth gems can last months to years depending on habits.  If a gem comes off, your enamel remains smooth and unharmed.
