1.  Are you accepting new patients?

Yes! We're currently welcoming new clients of both in-office and mobile appointments. 

2.  Do you accept insurance or CDCP, and do you offer direct billing?

We accept most major insurance plans-and are CDCP registered.  We also offer direct billing where available.

3.  What can I expect during my first visit?

You'll receive a personalized hygiene assessment, gentle cleaning, and time to ask questions. ​
We prioritize comfort and transparency every step of the way.

4.  What are your hygiene services?

We provide routine cleanings, Guided biofilm Therapy (GBT), enamel strengthening, and teeth whitening-all performed by a certified dental hygienist.

5.  Where is your office located?

Our calming Mississauga Office is located
at 6931 Vicar Gate.  We've designed it to
​feel peaceful, clean, and spa-inspired.

6.  How long is an in-office appointment?

Most hygiene sessions last about
45-60 minutes.  Whitening or enamel
​ treatments may take slightly longer.

7.  Do you offer sedation or pain management?

We use gentle, modern tools and
techniques that minimize discomfort.

8.  What do I need to prepare for a mobile visit?

Just a clean space with access to a
power outlet and a sink.  We bring
everything else-chart, light, tools, and
​smiles.

9.  Who is mobile hygiene best for?

Ideal for seniors, families with kids,
mobility-limited individuals, or anyone
​who prefers care at home.

10.  How far do you travel?

We service Mississauga, Brampton,
Oakville, and surrounding areas.

11.  Is mobile care as thorough as in-office?

Yes!  We use portable versions of the
same professional tools-no shortcuts
​in your care.

12.  Can I book for multiple people at home?

Absolutely.  we often do back-to-back
​visits for families or household members.
