All new patients are required to sign the Mclean Teeth Consent Form at our office to allow the dental hygienist to perform dental treatment on you. If you choose to read our policies at our office, please keep in mind that you will need to arrive 10 minutes earlier as reading these policies may take up about 10 minutes of your appointment time.
